Please read the following terms and conditions which govern your use of our website. Your use of our Website constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.

IN-STORE GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused items* returned to us within 28 days, as sold in its original condition together with its packaging and receipt or other satisfactory proof of purchase. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Sale items are non returnable, except under the sale of goods act.

*Exclusions:
Excludes products made to specific requirements & special orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.

ON-LINE SHOP
All items offered for sale in our on-line shop (by using the "Add to Cart" buttons on this website) will be delivered to mainland England and Wales for a standard delivery charge, which is added at the "Checkout" page. An additional charge may be payable for non mainland deliveries and for deliveries to Scotland - we will confirm this via e-mail before processing your order. DELIVERY WILL USUALLY BE MADE NEXT WORKING DAY (UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE).

Online Returns Policy
To return or exchange an item you may do so within 14 days of the despatch date. The product must be returned to us in a saleable condition. All returned goods, are thoroughly checked before a refund is issued.

Please note: we do not refund delivery for unwanted products. The RETURN delivery charge for unwanted products is £20.

Damaged and Faulty Goods
On delivery of your goods we advise that they should be checked immediately for damage or malfunction. In the unfortunate event that an item does arrive faulty or damaged, you must inform us within 3 days of despatch.

OUR OWN DELIVERY VEHICLES
All products including fragile items such as glass top tables can be delivered locally using our own transport. Please telephone 01670 850 818 for charges. DELIVERY WILL USUALLY BE MADE WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS.

All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including delivery charges).

All items are subject to availability.

We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by e-mail. We cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by e-mail. Any such loss shall not be borne either wholly or partly by us, and shall be entirely your responsibility.

Local delivery service available for all items. National delivery available for some items. Delivery times may take longer than quoted.

The appearance and colours of products shown on this site will not exactly reproduce the appearance of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Shades of Green Garden Centre.
